PUG PROM 2026
We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Schoolhouse Brewing for our 3rd Annual Pug Prom on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 from 12-5 pm. We are actively seeking vendors for this event.
DETAILS:
- The event is public facing during the brewery’s usual business hours.
- All available vendor spaces are outdoors. Please bring a power station if you require electricity.
- This is the one we use at our events: MARBERO portable power station (Note: We are not affiliated with nor do we receive promotional payments from this company.).
- Vendors are limited to a 10×10 area and must supply their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, and (optional) canopy or backdrop.
- Vendors may arrive at 11:00am to set up on the day of the event.
- Per the venue’s request, no glitter or confetti is allowed on the premises, to include glitter/confetti inside decorative balloons.
- Once vendor application is received, allow 72 hours for processing. Once approved, vendors will be provided with the payment link via email.
- The vendor fee is $35. Because space is limited, payment must be made within 48 hours of notification to secure the booth space.
Please note that for us to develop accurate, up-do-date vendor graphics to share on social media, we need a new application filled out for each GPPR event. This ensures we are promoting your most current products and sharing your most recent logo, contact information, and website and/or social media handles. Prior event applications will not be considered.
