Foster Biography Form

After a foster pug has been medically cleared and is ready for adoption, if all parties agree that the pug has been successfully matched to the foster family and foster home environment, we give the foster the first option to adopt the pug in their care. If they decide not to adopt their foster pug, they will be asked to fill out this biography form. We use the information from the form to a) match the pug with existing applicants or b) to post the pug for public adoption on our website and solicit for applications.

Georgia Peach Pug Rescue Foster Parents:
If you do not want to adopt your foster pug, please fill out the foster biography form to the best of your ability. Include details about your foster pug that can help potential adopters determine whether the pug might be a good fit for their family and home environment. Additionally, please be prepared with a few clear pictures taken with good lighting that show the face and body of the pug, as you will be asked to upload them before you submit. Once we have received the biography and pictures, we will get it posted on our website and social media.
Below, please upload a few clear pictures taken with good lighting that show the face and body of the pug. These will be shared on our website and social media to show potential adopters what the pug looks like, so please do not upload dark, blurry images.
