Volunteer Waivers

• Volunteers age 18 and older, click to fill out the Adult Volunteer – Release and Waiver of Liability form. You will be asked to select the name and date of the event.

 

• Volunteers under age 18 must have your parent or guardian fill out the Minor Volunteer – Release and Waiver of Liability by Parent/Guardian form. They will be asked to select the name and date of the event.
