We recognize this application is thorough. We want the best for the pugs that have been entrusted to us. Please take no offense to the questions and answer as honestly as possible. The Adoption Coordinator/Adoption Team reviews all adoption applications and may ask for the input of the foster home if a specific pug has been applied for. Please note that we are an all-volunteer team with full time jobs. As such, applications could take between 2-4 weeks to process and we appreciate your patience after submission. Pugs are prone to tracheal injuries and should not use collars (except for as decoration and tag use). Do you agree to use only a harness attached to a leash in order to protect your pug?

Accidents happen in the blink of an eye. Do you agree to always have your pug securely attached via leash to harness when outdoors, and NOT allow your pug to be off-leash to free-roam (with the exception of being in a securely fenced-in area like a yard or dog park)?
