Pug Prom 2026 T-shirt Design Contest

Submission Instructions
  • Please send designs (preferably in PNG format) to jody@georgiapeachpugrescue.com
  • You may submit entries through Friday, February 13th
Guidelines
  • Design must include image of a pug/pugs
  • Design must be prom themed
  • Design must be limited to 5 different colors (for printing purposes)
  • Winner gives Georgia Peach Pug Rescue permission to use the graphic freely including but not limited to social media, website, fliers, event t-shirts, etc.
Voting
  • Designs will be posted on Givebutter (click here to view entries)
  • Voting opens Saturday, February 14th, 10am and closes Thursday, February 26, 10pm
  • Votes are $1 each and you can vote as often as you would like
Promotion
  • We suggest that participants share their design on social media and encourage family, friends, and co-workers to vote and share
  • We encourage the public to share social media posts related to the t-shirt design contest and ask their networks to vote and share
Winner Selection
  • The t-shirt design with the most funds raised when the event closes will be declared the winner 
  • Winners will be announced Friday, February 27
  • Winner is encouraged to come to the event but attendance is NOT mandatory to win and prizes can be mailed
Recognition and Reward
  • Displayed graphic image, winner’s name, biography, social media handle, website, etc. on our website and social media
  • Announcement at the event  
  • Pug Prom t-shirts (2) featuring YOUR winning design
  • Gift bag (1)
  • And, of course, bragging rights

Pug Prom 2026 Royalty: King and Queen, Prince and Princess, Duke and Duchess Contest

Nomination Instructions
  • Please send nominations to jody@georgiapeachpugrescue.com and include
    • A clear photo of your pug
    • Your pug’s name
    • Your pug’s age
    • Whether your pug is a King or Queen candidate
    • A brief bio describing why your pug is royalty
Voting
  • Nominees’ pictures and bios will be posted on Givebutter (click here to view entries)
  • Voting opens Sunday, February 15th, 10am and closes Friday, March 20, 10pm
  • Votes are $1 each and you can vote as often as you would like
Promotion
  • We suggest that pawrents share their pug royalty nominee on social media and encourage family, friends, and co-workers to vote and share
  • We encourage the public to share social media posts related to the pug royalty contest and ask their networks to vote and share
Winner Selection
  • The top three pugs from the King and Queen candidate categories (total of six pugs) with the most funds raised when the event closes will be declared the winners
  • Winners will be announced live during the crowning at the event
  • Winners must be present to win; absent winners forfeit their position and it goes to the next-highest fundraising candidate that is in attendance from that category 
Recognition and Reward
  • Announcement and crowning at the event  
  • Royalty winners’ names and pictures shared on our website and social media
  • Gift bag (1)
  • Pug Prom 2026 t-shirt (1) 
  • Page in the 2027 Georgia Peach Pug Rescue calendar
  • 2027 calendar (1)
  • And, of course, barking rights
